CLARA

Compliance

EU AI Act: Transparency & Alignment

CLARA is a transparency and reflection companion for AI usage in learning and work. It helps users self-document prompts, time, and reflections; and helps reviewers see summaries. It is not a biometric, identification, or social-scoring system.

Scope

Educational and workplace contexts for documenting AI use. CLARA supports human oversight by teachers/supervisors through shareable reports.

Prohibited practices

No biometric identification, no social scoring, no subliminal manipulation.

Transparency

  • • Clear purpose and role-awareness (student/employee; teacher/supervisor).
  • • Users explicitly choose what to share (local-first by default).
  • • Explainability of summaries (what signals are shown and why).

Data minimisation

We collect only what’s needed to produce the portfolio/report. See our Privacy notice.

Settings with local data and exports
Privacy-first defaults — local data, explicit export/import controls.
Rules with domain controls
Transparent rules — add/remove domains, pause/resume, quick actions.
